Villa «FAVILLA» is a spacious detached
residence, intended to be a quiet private sanctuary, ideal as a holiday

m². Interior layout of the floors can be completed at
request; all the rooms are connected with an oval closed staircase, which makes
the object look like a unique harmonious whole.
An esteemed architect, Mr. Ivan
Nižetiæ, from Split, who himself is of Braè origin, has designed it. He has
been recognized for his unique way of improving an authentic island building
heritage. The stone objects that he has designed radiate warmth as if they were
living creatures. The stone is the basic building material of this area, and no
wonder that passers-by stop to admire these authentic works of art. You will be
able to enjoy in the warm sun, listening to the twittering of birds, in a quiet
charming part of Sutivan, some 300 meters far from the town center and the
waterfront.
This object has been designed as a harmonious combination of
heritage, contemporary atmosphere and luxury, and its aim is to become a
witness of the time of its creation and to make its creators rightly proud of
its existence. We cannot thrive and hope to have an enhanced and more
comfortable future life without having preserved fascinating national heritage.
This modern object has been the result of an ancient traditional stone-carving
craft, which is a few thousand years old and it has been practiced on and off
since the first quarries were opened on the island. The object emphasizes the
beauty, fascination and durability of the pure white marble used to build it
(the same type as it was used to build the Diocletian Palace in Split more than
1700 years ago), which has been an eternal inspiration for local builders. Your
